2. Hosting and Platform (Wix)
This website was created using the Wix website builder.
Provider: Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel.
Processing: Wix hosts our website and processes technical data (IP addresses, log files) on our behalf under a data processing agreement in order to ensure the operation of the website.
Data transfer: Israel is considered a secure third country by virtue of an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Where data is transferred to the United States, Wix relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies. Wix automatically sets certain essential cookies (e.g. XSRF-TOKEN, hs, svSession), which are technically necessary for security, load balancing and system stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Web Analytics (Google Analytics)
We also use Google Analytics for statistical analysis.
Consent: This tool is only activated if you actively consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Anonymisation: We use IP anonymisation so that your data is shortened within the EU before being transferred to Google (USA).
4. Newsletter (Wix Newsletter)
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use Wix’s internal newsletter system.
Data: Email address and, if provided, your name.
Procedure: Registration is carried out via double opt-in (confirmation email).
Withdrawal of consent: Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your data will be deleted after you unsubscribe, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Google Maps
We embed Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) to display directions to our location.
Please note: In this context, Google processes your IP address. This is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in making our business easy to find (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Social Media
Our website contains simple links (icons) to our social media profiles. These are not active plugins. Data is only transmitted to the platform operators when you actively click on the relevant icon and access the external page.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection.
Right to lodge a complaint: If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna).
